Francine is an Enrolled Agent registered to practice before the I.R.S. She represents taxpayers who want solutions to their tax problems. Francine was born in Brooklyn. She went to NYC public schools. Her first year of college was spent in Oswego, NY. She returned to the city to complete her education at Baruch College in Manhattan and then her master’s at Brooklyn College. Francine has taught accounting, computer operation and other business subjects for 18 years in the NYC public school system. From that first year at Oswego, Francine wished to live in a more rural environment. Finally, in 1999 she moved to Bainbridge, NY a town of approximately 6000 people in the Southern Tier of NY (about 200 miles from NYC).
